It has\u00a0anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anti-bacterial properties. On skin it\u00a0behaves in a way very similar to well-known skincare ingredient retinol. To be more specific, both Bakuchiol and retinol upregulate collagen I, III and IV production and downregulate MMP, the enzymes that destroy collagen. The two also work very nicely together and\u00a0Bakuchiol can actually help to\u00a0stabilize\u00a0the otherwise unstable and hard to formulate<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>retinol. Bakuchiol not only<\/li><li><strong>Rosehip Oil Eco-liposomes.<\/strong> <em>(Rosa moschata).<\/em> Similar to many other great plant oils, it is a nice\u00a0nourishing and moisturizing oil\u00a0loaded with fatty acids(linoleic acid &#8211; 44%, linolenic acid &#8211; 34% and oleic acid &#8211; 14%).\u00a0What makes rosehip oil special is that it also\u00a0contains the miracle active, trans-retinoic acid, aka<em>tretinoin<\/em><em>. <\/em>It is the main bioactive component of the oil and has all kinds of abilities including\u00a0restoring and regenerating\u00a0tissues (the oil is great for scars and burns),\u00a0decreasing wrinkles,\u00a0helping acne\u00a0and even normalizing pore size.\u00a0Encapsulated in vegetable origin liposomes which enhance its penetration and effectiveness.<\/li><li><strong>Argan Oil <\/strong><em>(Argania spinosa).<\/em> Argan oil comes from the kernel of the fruit of the argan tree that grows only in Morocco. It contains nourishing and moisturizing unsaturated\u00a0fatty acids, mainly\u00a0<em>oleic, linoleic and palmitic<\/em>. It also contains <em>vitamin E<\/em>, <em>phenols<\/em>\u00a0(including <em>caffeic acid, ferulic acid,<\/em> and <em>picatechin<\/em>), as well as some rare <em>sterols<\/em>\u00a0with soothing and anti-inflammatory properties.\u00a0It can greatly\u00a0nourish and moisturize the skin and hair. It&#8217;s also claimed to be able to neutralize collagen-damaging free radicals, help reduce scars, and revitalize and improve skin elasticity.<\/li><li><strong>Mallow extract <\/strong><em>(Malva sylvestris).<\/em> Extract from the blue mallow flower, it may have some skin-soothing properties for the skin, as well as some potential antioxidant benefits.<\/li><li><strong>Jojoba Oil <\/strong><em>(Simmondsia chinensis).<\/em> Jojoba oil has a texture similar to skin sebum providing restoring and emollient properties.<\/li><li><strong>Chamomille extract. <\/strong><em>(Chamomilla recutita).<\/em>Plant with high content in terpenes, polysaccharides and flavonoids such as\u00a0<em>\u03b1<\/em><em>-bisabolol <\/em>and\u00a0<em>Epigenin<\/em>\u00a0that provide antioxidant and restoring benefits.<\/li><li><strong>Aloe extract <\/strong><em>(Aloe barbadensis)<\/em>. Extract containing leaves of the Aloe vera plant.
